This holiday home is an architect deigned villa with exclusive material and very high standard.
There is a large patio overlooking the lake that runs around the entire property, equipped with several resting chairs and barbecue possibilities. Outside is also where the outdoor whirlpool is located when you looking for some relaxation. The plot of the holiday home is flat and child friendly.
Inside the living room there is a 52 inch TV hanging on the wall where you can watch DVD or the many satellite channels which is offered. Located in the center of the room is a Danish wood burning stove where you can warm yourselves.
The holiday home itself it equipped with under floor heating, and in all the wet areas in the house there is Italian tarantino marble. The floor inside the living room, the bedrooms, kitchen and inner hall are made from oak.
The white glossy kitchen has a black worktop in black granite, and is fully equipped with a double fridge/ freezer, convection oven and induction hob.
In the dining room there is a French massive rustic table with dining area up to 10 persons.
The bed inside the master bedroom is from CapreDiem and the room has its own exit to the backside of the patio, in the ceiling hangs a beautiful chandelier and on the wall is a TV with a DVD player.
In the second bedroom there is a double bed, and from this room you experience the brilliant lake view, the third bedroom is currently furnished as a girl´s room and has a 110cm wide bed, there is an extra folding bed in this room.
The sauna is located in the annex; inside there is also a gym with an exercise bike, dumbbells and music system which you can use by docking your iphone.
This holiday home is located in a wonderful natural area with great hiking and biking opportunities.
There is only 70 m to the lake Malsnaren where there you can bathe at the sandy beach or at the bathing platform with ladder; this is also where the boat with engine lays docked. Fishing is free in some part of the lake, but if you want to fish in the nearby rivers buying fishing license is required.
If you want entertainment, attractions or shopping, there are several cities at a comfortable distance you can visit; Stockholm is approximately an hour car ride away, and there is 55km to the airport of Skavsta.
Bicycles can be rented by the owner for 300 SEK/ week

Södermanland consists of a beautiful archipelago, vigorous forests, large lakes, lively small towns and idyllic villages.
Here there are narrow roads with pretty wooden houses and green gardens with nice atmosphere which is peaceful for the soul. You will find a lot of soft forests paths, glittering water and wonderful archipelagos. Furthermore the landscape is characterized by castles, manors, hills and twisting small roads. The author, Selma Lagerlöf, often described Södermanland with the words “den sköna lustgården” i.e. the beautiful pleasure garden.
There are about 400 castles and manors in Södermanland, and many of them are open to the public.
For instance you could visit the famous Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred or the prime minister’s holiday home, Harpsund, where you can go for a walk in the beautiful garden.
