This wonderful luxury house meets all your expectations. The house has 100 square metres of terraces, 70 square metres of relaxation area with a hot tub for 7 people, a sauna for 12 people, an ice maker, 50" television, stove including firewood and a pool table. Geothermal heating is available throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped, and is located next to the dining room that comfortably accommodates 14 people. Next to the dining room is the living room. The large garden is spread over approximately 5,000 square metres and is well suited for barbecuing and playing games. The house is located in an area with many lakes. Here you can go fishing in the lake Sommen, both in winter and in summer and also pick mushrooms. The lake has 365 islands. Astrid Lindgren's World is ideal for a day trip. The house is 32 km away from Asby Alpine that includes a snowboardland. Boats, canoes and a barbecue raft can be rented, subject to availability.
